Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to make a survey of the principles and methods used in handling the publicity of nine women's clubs in Milwaukee in an attempt to ascertain how many of these women’s clubs in Milwaukee that were covered used the word "publicity" in the sense of propaganda wherever necessary. The thesis also attempts to arrive at budgets spent for publicity where such information was available.
