Abstract
One of the strongest impulses of the human heart is self-expression, the most important medium of which is spoken English. The fact that more attention and interest are directed at the perfection of written. English cannot be refuted when an intelligent investigation is made into the progress of spoken English. By spoken English, I mean the general training of the voice for speech.
