Abstract
In the past, we have either paid too much attention to the defective child, to the detriment of the normal children in the schools, or in a majority of the cases we have neglected him entirely. We must figure out a system of education which will take care of him adequately without working a hardship on the children who are able to do the regular school work. We must measure hie capabilities and gauge his work according to hie ability.
