Later jovial troubadours traversed the southern lands of Europe entertaining courtly assemblies with their lyrics and romantic tales; but with the advent or the printing press, books became the conveyance of thought. and stories bearing the individual notes to each author penetrated the homes or all lovers of chivalrous deeds. love. adventure end even life itself.
