Abstract
The purpose or this thesis is to give the reader, if in relatively brief form, a comprehensive idea of present-day Communistic propaganda of the printed page. To fulfill each a purpose to its perfection would obviously require an organization or at least national extension and indefatigable energy for the probable space or a short lifetime. or course, the reasons for this statement lie in the ever increasing amount or propaganda, end particularly in the subtlety of its distribution and circulation. According to the philosophy of Communism, each member is expected to further the cause of the party by individual propaganda of all kinds, as well as by aiding the outputs of certain Communist groups. And so, there is a large quantity of little, often crude literature. And these may be distributed at door-steps, on street corners, during demonstrations, practically anywhere. To keep accurate track of these small (though not insignificant) propaganda sheets would demand hourly vigilance into the complete life of each Communist.
