Abstract
There has been no time in the history of our country in which private philanthropy has given so much attention to the problem of the crippled child as in the last decade. It is a subject which is now gaining the attention of Shriners, Rotarians, Lions, Elks, Kiwanians, the Parent-Teachers associations, the Federation of women's Clubs, as well as other organizations.
