Abstract
The purpose or this thesis is to relate the history of The Milwaukee Leader from April 6, 1917 to June 1, 1932. In brief, the method of news handling, news policy and editorial policy of an unusual publication on the great news events of that period are included. The thesis portends to present a history or a newspaper as revealed by that paper's own pages.
