One of the most vital problems confronting "the schoolmen of today is the problem of individual differences. This problem is a stumbling block to the teachers particularly in the public schools of our large cities who fin1 themselves faced. by so many varieties, ages, sizes, and types of chil1ren and in such numbers that they are at a lose to know what to do.
