Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to discover the reasons for the decline of the foreign-language press, and to determine whether the immigrant papers of Milwaukee are being affected these influences.
It was also made to observe the fluctuation of the circulation, and to learn what the foreign-language newspaper editors think of the future of their publications.
