Abstract
Schools serve the purpose of educating students. In serving this noble purpose, the school personnel design schoolwide strategies that promote students' personal and academic growth. These schoolwide strategies differ from school to school depending on each school's philosophy, mission, vision, goals and make-up of the student body. Thus, every school designs its own distinct strategies to give its students a well-rounded education. Subsequently, the study presented in this text discusses East Metro High School's ways of facilitating students' personal and academic growth. The study gives a detailed analysis of how teachers utilize these schoolwide strategies to guide its youth towards positive growth.
