Abstract
The problem considered in this study was the identification and quantification of differences or similarities between responses of graduates of two differently organized baccalaureate programs in nursing. Integration of specialty content in nursing curricula is said to assist in.the development of a nurse who is creative, perceives clients/patients in a holistic manner and moves from the role of nursing student to graduate nurse with relative ease. There has been a paucity of research to support this contention. This comparative study considers responses of graduates of an integrated curriculum and a discrete curriculum.
