Abstract
I choose to work on implications for education in television because I believe televisions greatest value lies in the fact that all the facets of the arts can reach audiences which have never had the opportunity of the stimulus before. The development of our cultural democracy will be aided if we have a plan for developing the plants(children), their growing, and a cultivation of taste. Family guidance and interest in turning to certain programs rather than turning-off undesirable ones, will help to create the moral, intellectual and emotional climate as well as raising standards of TV.
