Abstract
During t he last decade, the impact of Urban Nonpoint Pollution on t he environment has been extensively studied . Rainfall runoff pollution characteristics have been well established in the literature, but the other dominant precipitation of most of the Northern United States - Snow has not well documented . To attain the goal of improved water quality in the environment, a comprehensive analysis of all sources of pollution that may impact t he environment is necessary.
