Abstract

Everything must have a beginning, and therefore it is new at some time. All things that are new have problems that must be overcome. A new organization has difficulty until it is established. A new car usually has imperfections which must be corrected. A new method for accomplishing a task must be proved to be efficient before it is acceptable. A new school too has problems which must be solved. Some are problems which require immediate decisions, and as a result, they are corrected quickly. For example, confusion at registration must be handled immediately to enable it to run smoothly. On the other hand, there are issues which are handled with less expediency. Perhaps they do not touch enough school personnel directly to cause serious consideration.
