Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine if car ownership and time consuming activities had an influence on achievement. In this study an allowance was made for such factors as I.Q. and socio-economic status. An attempt was made to determine if time consuming activities accounted for any difference observed between car owners and non-car owners.
