Abstract
The letter we know as Paul's epistle to the church at Ephesus has caused some problems in the scholars' attempts to ascertain both authorship and title. It is agreed that the letter is written in the Pauline tradition. The author was familiar with Paul's letters, especially the one addressed to the church at Colossae. The similarities between these two letters are striking. Yet, Paul's normal style of writing is livelier than the much bulkier and more involved Ephesians.
