Abstract
The morale or the teaching staff is an important factor in school life. Since the effectiveness of the school is dependent upon the morale of the teachers, every administrator should know the quality of morale because it directly affects the achievements of his school. Because the modern public school is composed of teachers of varied age levels, personal backgrounds, interests, abilities and limitations, it was natural for the writer to wonder about the quality of the morale factor.
