Abstract
For a long time educators have been concerned about the thirty year lag between educational theory and classroom practice. With the steadily increasing volume of educational research and the rapidly occurring changes in methodology, curriculum and instructional media, there is a serious danger that the lag between theory and practice will become even greater.
