Abstract
"The Age of Testocracy" is phrase used by Pitirim Sorokin to describe a major characteristic of today's world. Surely it is a testocracy that governs. There are tests of intelligence, personality, achievement, and physical attributes. A test can determine success or failure, promotion or demotion, normality or abnormality, acceptance or rejection, adequacy or inadequacy, superiority or inferiority, and onward until finally it determines who will live long or who will meet an early death.
