Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop some theory on ruled cubics, classify ruled cubics, discuss specializations which yield a representative model of each class of the ruled cubics, and then construct a model of each type in a cylinder. Also certain plane sections of the surfaces will be mentioned.
