Abstract

Administrators and principals -- public and nonpublic alike -- are constantly seeking avenues of approach to the "pursuit of excellence" on behalf of the students entrusted to them by the parents, the church, and the state. Frequently, due to small enrollments, a lack of finances and specialised personnel, inadequate and crowded facilities and insufficient instructional media, educators in the nonpublic schools are hampered in extending to their students along with religious formation, the "opportunity for fuller education" for a greater number of private school students.
