Abstract

Since the days of Fr~ Parsons many changes have occurred in the area of vocational guidance. There has been a growing tendency away from the static measurement-of-traits approach to the individual to a more dynamic consideration of the total, complex personality. Less attention is given to specific vocational choice and more to the long range attack on career planning.
