Abstract

Usually diplomatic relations between various countries are not kept secret unless they involve national security. In the case of South Africa and France or South Africa and any country, diplomatic relations about any of the affairs of the respective countries are kept confidential because of the nature of South Africa's racial policies. No author has ever written a book on Franco-South African relations unlike France and other countries.
