Abstract

That there may be a great variance between what is taught and what is learned is a well known fact among educators. Since it is impossible to accurately determine what changes in behavior have occurred as a result of a teaching activity without a long-term observation, it is not known whether or not diabetic persons have in their possession the tools to health.
