Abstract

An educator observed that the true mark of an advanced and forward-looking school is not the length of its list of innovation in progress, but rather the degree to which it continues to participate in the experimental testing of new ideas and postpone wholesale adoption until its own or other evidence becomes available. Sometimes experimental testing is undermined and policies are forwarded without proper study of existing situations. This study is an effort to make data available to Belizean Educational policy makers in deciding the future of REAP program.
