Abstract
Business leaders and manufacturers carry on research to find out what their customers want in a product. They are constantly devising new methods to improve their product and satisfy their customers. The schools should also be concerned with the attitudes and opinions of their customers, the parents. The schools are now going through a period when they are in need of a great deal of money for building expansion and increased curricula. Therefore, the schools must justify their educational program. The schools must know if the parents are satisfied with the curriculum to the extent that it prepares children to meet the problems of later life. The survey method gives parents an opportunity to express their views toward the curriculum and policies which make up the educational program.
