Abstract
Evaluation is an essential factor in every effective organization. Misner defines evaluation as"... the means by which a school, teachers, administrators, and citizens agree upon the purposes or goals to be sought in the education of children. 01 The school, with its primary objective of the self-actualization of its members, must continually be evaluated in terms of its effectiveness and efficiency in fulfilling its purposes . A continuous process of evaluation is necessary since education is subject to so many changes.
