Abstract
The problem of remedial reading has attracted the attention of most colleges and universities throughout the country. It is felt that a deficiency in reading will retard the student in his scholastic pursuits. The inclusion of such a program into the school curriculum might, therefore, be expected to make it possible for the student to achieve better grades in many of his college courses.
