Abstract
Job satisfaction has always been present among nurses, but there seems to have been little understanding of the influence or meaning of this attitude. Through study of a job related behavior, such as turnover, job satisfaction among nurses may be recognized as more meaningful by both nurses and their employers. In this vein, this investigator set out to determine the statistical relationship between job satisfaction and turnover among nurses.
