Abstract
It is well known that whether a boy or girl is happy and cooperative, friendly and capable at school depends to a large extent on his teachers, the atmosphere of the school, the classroom environment, and his attitudes. Inevitably, teachers realize that positive attitudes are not only desired, but are necessary in education. They see children who are doing well in their work and getting along happily with their schoolmates, but they also see others who are in difficulty and some of the reasons for these difficulties are to be found in the school. Therefore, it is very important to know what attitudes the children really possess. Often times these attitudes are merely opinions of the teacher.
