- This experiment also stained using BoDipy but those data are not contained in this publication and that channel of the image is not included

- Within each folder Images are organized by data
- Within each date there are folders for each worm images
- Each worm folder contains a series of DIC images that tile along the entire length of the worm being imaged
- In some cases the folder also contains a composite of all of the DIC images forming an image of the complete worm
