Abstract
In undertaking the preparation of this thesis, a particular aim has been followed. This aim is to bring out the application of physical education to everyone, regardless of his or her age. Modern physical education tries to give to all the benefits of correct and enjoyable exercise, well-conditioned muscles, and healthful living, which will lead to a sound mind in a sound body.
