Abstract
The migration of individuals and family groups from one community to another is ordinarily no cause for alarm as long as they are self supporting, and do not affect the traditions or incur the prejudices of the community into which they have moved. But, as was the case in 1930, when an increasing number or unemployed started to migrate. a general alarm was voiced by all communities in "the country, due to the fact that the unemployed migrator sought relief from the Community Fund.
