Abstract
To offer a thorough exposition of Romanticism in Wordsworth, as the nature of this topic justly demands, would be aspiring to loftier heights then anyone it apt to realize, for the genius of Wordsworth, sheltered in a garb of the pious tranquility of his life, as we shall later see, presents a multitude of equally varied and extensive aspects under which it could be duly considered. An endeavor shall be made, however, to Submit an essay, though not exhaustive in its contents, which still shall give a sufficient idea to fully appreciate the magnitude of his literary abilities as a writer representing the Romantic school in England. A glance into the Preface of the second edition of the *Lyrical Ballads,* and a perusal of some of his foremost poems, shall suffice to indicate that he, in collaboration with his friend, Samuel Coleridge, is truly the innovator of the Romantic Movement
