Abstract
With intelligence as the directing factor the methods employed in correctional institutions and in probation and parole in dealing with juvenile delinquents have been drastically changed. But has the introductions of these changes, radical in their departure from previously approved procedure resulted in merely providing thew young offender with more developed mental and physical equipment to permit easier outwitting of the forces of law.
