Abstract
It is the purpose of the writer to discuss briefly, education for the wise use of leisure time in the schools of today. Throughout the history of education there has often come to expression a belief that the school has a large obligation in creating interests that will express themselves in spare time as recreational activities which will be wholesome and satisfying. Such would be an actual cultural education.
