Abstract
Working in the capacity of one whose duty it is to make the five and six year old child's experience deeper, wider, and more satisfying through the medium of literature the writer has realized that there is an inexhaustible amount of knowledge and appreciation to acquire in order to have a background required for intelligently evaluating literature to be used and for effectively inculcating appreciation for that selection into the children.
