Abstract
The supervisor in the Public Health Nursing Bureau has the responsibility for the attainment of individual employee goals and the goals of the nursing bureau. In other words, the supervisor is expected to achieve quality and quantity in the performance of her employees. She is also expected to make certain that the health needs of each individual and family contacted are met through the nursing services provided.
