Abstract
The purpose for writing this paper is to shed some light on the administrative problems of controlling school attendance and school discipline and to see these problems in relation to individual interest in school. Too often, schools have accepted the manifestations of these problems and have not worked on ways to prevent their occurrence. No two problems take as much time of school personnel as do discipline and attendance.
