Abstract
The Christians of today are living in an era of dramatic changes. The three years of preparation for Vatican Council II and its four sessions have been a time for basic re-thinking, a time of evaluation and criticism, a time for renewal and reform. Words like involvement and commitment have become almost the everyday parlance for Christians.
