Abstract
The purpose of this project is to prepare suggestions to be used as a resource for motivating and revitalizing staff. The project is intended to be used by personnel administrators in elementary, middle, and secondary schools to assist them in dealing with the day-to-day routines involving and revolving around unmotivated midcareer staff. The scope and depth of this project is limited. It is not intended to be a complete or definitive work, but, rather one to facilitate the motivational efforts of personnel administrators with a wide variance of backgrounds, training, and leadership styles as they interact with midcareer staff. The content of this project is intended to supplement and enhance motivating techniques and procedures and the implementation of these techniques and procedures in a manner appropriate for an administrator and staffs wants and needs at a particular time and place.
