Abstract

The establishment of criteria to screen students aspiring to be student personnel workers has long posed a problem to administrators of a student personnel program. Recognition of this need has often been voiced at meetings and expressed more informally whenever administrators and staff members gather. To meet this need was the primary purpose of this study. This study was not meant to be a complete nor a final answer to the problem but was merely intended to give insight into the existing problem and, as a result, act as the crutch for further research in this particular field of education.
